Return Policy

Orchard Point Oyster Co. will accept returns for goods and provide a refund (partial or full) OR offer store credit (via future discount code) if the item(s) is damaged in transit. Or if it does not arrive in a suitable condition (a cold-ship state). Orchard Point will not accept returns for oysters that have been opened/consumed or merchandise that has been worn/used in any fashion. If you are unhappy with your order for a legit reason, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right!


Terms of Service

Orchard Point Oyster Co. will fulfill orders once order(s) have been placed and payment received. We will not accept invalid forms of payment. Orchard Point Oyster Co. is under no obligation to fulfill an order if inventory is depleted or an Act of God (weather, etc. ) prevents us from doing so. We also reserve the right to refuse a sale to any member of the public without justification. If you fail to order by our harvest deadline(s) (subject to change) we will fill your order in the subsequent harvest/shipment. We always strive to hold up our end of the bargain, so please work with us if there are any issues!


Privacy Policy

Orchard Point Oyster Co. collects your information to facilitate orders and to enhance our internal marketing efforts. We will not release any information you provide to us, without your prior consent. We’re not big-data aggregators, nor do we sell customer lists to consumer marketers. We’re salt of the earth farmers for crying-out-loud - if you can’t trust us, who can you trust?!
